After calling many airlines, none were able to fly our austrailian shepherd into Italy around the time we needed to be here. Global Pet Transportation got him here in no time and sent daily pictures and videos to keep us updated until he arrived. It was stress free and they are very experienced with the process! J was able to answer all my questions throughout the whole process. Atlas stayed with J a few days before making the trip down to Italy and had a blast! We’ll definitely be using GPT for future moves! We highly recommend!
I am so thankful for Global Pet Transportation and their ability to get our Ardee back to Arkansas. He was picked up from our house in Germany and delivered to my in-laws. J updated us frequently with pictures and was always quick to answer any questions I had. Cezary was super kind and reassuring when he picked Ardee up, and Kuba took great care of him on the trip back to the states. I highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

J and his whole team are amazing to work with! We psc'd from the US to Italy with two dogs and I was quite anxious. J was so responsive in answering all emails even with the time differences and helped ensure we had everything we needed. Kuba and Cezary were so friendly and professional, the pups clearly felt comfortable with them. We received constant updates and videos at every step. I would certainly recommend them and will look to use them again in the future on our next move!
We unfortunately had to leave our girl behind because the airline didn’t have space for her and did not let us know until days before we were leaving, after days of looking we reached out to GPT and spoke to Mr.Lund he answered all our questions and helped us through everything all we had to worry about were the health certificates! Would 100% use them again.
Was PCSing back to the states from Italy, and was struggling to find someone to ship my Australian shepherd. Reached out to Global for a quote and within a 10 minute phone call everything was pretty much good to go. They handled everything! The only thing I had to do was pet passport and health certificate. They had my dog leave the same day as me and show up the same day as me. If you are looking for great customer support and to have the stress of transporting your pet taken away I would highly recommend Global!
PSC’ing can be very stressful! Especially with having a pet. GPT was a huge help in shipping our dog nova from Spain to Washington state! Super friendly and helpful! Always gave updates on their whereabouts and how our dog was doing. If I had any question they responded back immediately! I was stressed about all the paper work & customs forms but they walked me through it with ease. I didn’t have a single worry because I knew our pet was in good hands. I highly recommend GPT! They just transported my Great Pyrenees (Leia) from the US to France then to her final destination, the UK. I was really worried for Leia to travel because Leia is such a big baby (she is scared of everything) and usually barks at new people but she didn’t with them! They did amazing with her! She was taken on walks before and after her flight (I was sent videos and updated throughout her travel). After Leia landed in France her tapeworm treatment had expired for entering the UK and GPT handled that and got it all taken care of and she was on her way to the UK afterwards with no issues! She arrived happy and healthy. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs to transport their pet! :)
