Thank you Global Pet Transportation! They drastically reduced my anxiety and stress by helping transport my two LARGE dogs, Bowie and Galveston, from Washington State to South Korea. J (owner) responded quickly to questions, made direct contact with the USDA vet for health certificate processing and went the extra mile to ensure that my family were comfortable with the handling of my dogs. He treated the boys like they were members of his family and gave step by step updates along the 3 days of travel that were required. The expense was worth it to get door to door transportation and absolutely NO quarantine at all. Air travel is stressful for my pups and he did everything he could to reduce their stress which is what mattered to me. Thank you to J again.

Would recommend to anyone. Super professional and fast. Door to door service from Oklahoma to Germany made the whole process easy with no stress for me or the dog. Even helped with a ride to the airport with all of our luggage. Sent videos and pictures throughout Willow's entire journey. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience. GPT was great with my Siberian husky! My boy is usually pretty shy and timid; the workers took great care of him. My husband and I got updates throughout the journey. Any concerns I had were answered in a timely manner. If I had to ship my pet again, I book again!
We used Global Pet Company when we moved from Naples Italy to Japan. Honestly, in the beginning we had a little concern about how the representative responded us. But when it started shipping process they were amazing! They supported us more than we expected and took a good care of my dog. Always kept us updated . We hired Global Pet Transportation to get my dog from Georgia to us in Germany. They communicated with us and the vet back in Georgia to make this possible. A flight was canceled on the way here but communication never ceased. They gave daily updates to include videos. We hired Global Pet Transportation to transport our dog from Italy to California and they made the entire process from start to end extremely easy and seamless. Our golden retriever was cared for and loved as much as we would. It was extremely comforting knowing he was safe and in good hands. Communication was amazing. Our dog had to stay with Global Pet for a week before he flew to the USA and we received daily photo, video, and timeline updates. When it came to the actual travel portions we were notified of every flight start and land time. There was not a second of doubt when it came to wondering how our dog was doing. We had a great experience with this company! They had us a cheaper quote for both of our dogs than some companies were giving for just 1 of our dogs. We have a giant dog, and they allowed us to borrow a crate from them for free, saving us almost $1000 extra for the crate. Our dogs were well taken care of from the beginning to the end, and they communicated every stop very well. We’re so happy to have our first babies safe with us!
